Founded in 2019, Room & Bord Architecture Inc was built on a simple belief: every client deserves the kind of thoughtful, hands-on service that gets lost at large firms.
Our founder Chris Bord brings 20 years of experience spanning custom homes, hospitality venues, commercial campuses, community planning, and more — across San Diego, the East Coast, and internationally. That breadth means we've likely solved a problem just like yours before.

As Founder and managing principal of Room & Bord Architecture Chris is deeply invested in the communities where he has worked. His experience, which includes custom homes, community planning, developments, Code Analysis, Non-Profits, HOA assistance, Food & Beverage, and Hospitality ensure that any project will be managed to avoid hiccups along the way.
