Chris Bord AIA
Chris brings 20 years of experience as an architect, real estate strategist, interior designer, and planner to his role as Founder and managing principle to Room & Bord Architecture. He is invested in the continued renewal and development of the regions he has worked. Chris’s projects span the entire state of California, Virginia, and has experience on projects overseas in Chengdu China. Project types have included Business Office, Multi Family, Residential, and Hospitality. Chris acts as an advocate for his clients and strives to balance design, project goals, and project budget. Chris has been hired by a number of Commercial General Contractors that he has worked with to complete their personal project which shows his diligence not only to design but to the project team. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Woodbury University.
